I have been in the vending business for the past 22 years. I have seen a lot of bad locators who promise the world and deliver less than rocks!! We have taken several leads from 4Mega Vending with April, Kara, & Mel. I can truthfully say that all the leads that we have taken have been good for us. In addition, to lead acquisition, we have also purchased several machines through their site. All of which are in service today. So I would do them an injustice to not recommed them to anyone. I listed my machine on Craig's List and Ebay and got absolutely nothing out of it for almost a year. When I first listed my machine with usedvending.com they actually provided feedback on my pricing as compared to the market. Once I adjusted my price the inquiries started to come in. My customer service rep, April Hurd, is awesome and very punctual. I had one customer ready to buy but would not respond to her persistent communications. It all worked out as within a week she had another customer ready to buy and closed the deal that same week. |

I contacted Eric Normand through his webpage several months ago in regards to some vending machines that I had for sell. His service provided another way to sell my vending machines other than posting classified ads. His service directly reached potential buyers and saved me money. I got a fair price for my vending machines and was able to sell them in a reasonable time. He kept in contact with me the whole time we worked together and I felt reassured that his efforts were true to helping me sell my machines.

I was able to sell all my machines in one shot 09/13/2010
I recently got in contact with usedvending.com on a different matter and was put through to April. They were not able to help me on that matter, however April took her time and got to know me and my business, by asking questions. I mentioned that I had just got out of the cigarette machine business, because of the law changes in VA. The next day she had called me back and mentioned she had a buyer interested in buying all my cigarette machines. After about 3 weeks of really trying hard and going through all kinds of hoops, she managed to get the deal to go through. I was able to sell all my machines in one shot, with very little effort on my part. I will definately remember April for all my vending needs, both selling and buying because she is so easy to deal with. It was a real pleasure getting to know her.

My first experience selling ANYTHING over the internet has been a great one
After deciding to close our vending business, my husband and I were at a loss about how we were going to sell 23 vending machines! We researched the internet to get an idea of how much Antares machines were selling for and came across USEDvending.com. It took us about 2 months to enter all of the information on the machines and we eventually finished by getting help from Melissa Powers. About 2 months passed and we did not have any bites on the machines, finding out that Antares had discontinued making our model because they were manufacturing a new, upgraded model. Melissa helped us with pricing and we waited! Two weeks ago, Melissa talked with a man interested in purchasing 4 machines from us. She called me and Randy, left messages. I called Melissa the following day and she was very thorough & efficient. She provided detailed information on my responsibilities to complete the sale and she was prompt to contact the buyer. After the purchase was complete, she followed up to make sure all was well. She then gave us the option of mailing a check or ACH deposit and we chose ACH deposit. To my surprise (not very many people follow up anymore!), when Melissa knew the ACH credit would not show up when originally discussed, she emailed me with an update. Today, the ACH credit was processed and I just received an email from her, letting me know! My first experience selling ANYTHING over the internet has been a great one.....and Melissa made it happen for us! Thanks Melissa!

We had a positive experience in dealing with both Melissa and Cheryl at Used Vending while selling our hotdog cart. We had placed our cart on craigs list and had not received any responses when I did some research and found Used Vending online. I first talked with Cheryl, who helped me with providing a write-up, pictures and made suggestions on the price. After not receiving any calls, I called Cheryl and asked for suggestions - we lowered the price and waited patiently. Not much longer and it was sold. It was great to let someone else deal with the customer and negotiate and all we had to do was show it and let them take it home. If there is a need to sell concession equipment in the future, we will definitely call Used Vending and specifically ask for Cheryl and/or Melissa.
