I am so impressed with the prompt and through service I received when I ordered a paper and a pencil vending machine from this company. April Hurd was quick to respond by e mail to any questions that I had, especially about how to order a replacement for the money slot. I was not aware that the slots should accept higher than $.50 for the paper notebooks, to cover costs. I am very satisfied with April's help in this matter.

In less than 5 months after purchasing the combo snack unit, we are consistently profiting $100/mo in a 20 person office and the footprint of the unit is about 1/3 the space of our previous soda and snack machines, plus we don't need to constantly interrupt the cashier for change. I presented a delima to Stacy Sweet and he came through like a champ! We ordered 4 machines for a vending contract we were awarded at the last second. We ordered the machines on 12/21/11 and HAD to have delivery NLT 12/29- as you can imangine this presented quite a problem with shipping being so close to the Christmas holiday. Stacy went above and beyone the call. The original shipper backed out on the delivery date and Stacy worked his tail off securing another shipper who delivered my machines on time and in great condition! Your company is lucky to have an employee who cares that much and is willing to go the extra mile for excellent customer satisfaction. |

But any time I had to deal with you guys, I knew that I get a straight answer and clear instruction on what you could do for me and in return what are my obligations. There was no empty promises nor dilatory responses. I knew exactly when and what would take place next. This service approach along with the pleasant phone conversation with Vanessa Long, makes a very positive business experience.
