I contacted usedvending.com on September 29 and discussed with Stacy Sweet my son's current vending machine needs. Stacy was very professional and made us feel that we were his most important customers. His first response was to find the machines we needed at the closest travel distance, next we discussed what we were willing to spend on the machines. Stacy contacted the seller and discussed our terms, the seller was in agreement and Stacy called me back and said everything was a go if my son was ready to buy. We made the deal on September 30 and was able to pick the machines up on October 2nd. This was a very smooth and quick transaction. Please tell Melissa THANK YOU for her great assistance in helping me to sell all five of my machines. I was shocked at the little time it took for me to get buyers. I had posted them on another website some time ago and nothing happened. I was really impressed when Melissa called to inform me that three of the five had been purchased, a day or two later she called back to say she had a second buyer for the other two machines. I can't say thank you enough and I will definitely tell my friends and anyone else that I come in contact with about my great experience and professional customer service Melissa gave me in assisting my sell. All I had to do was sign my name on the consignment form, she took care of the rest.

I have been in the vending business for a year or so. My first transactions with vending companies were expensive and not very customer service oriented. However, I have made them work. When I needed to buy more machines, I had plenty of time to look, research, and time to negotiate. I felt like I shopped the planet. I kept coming back to April and she continued to work diligently with me. I purchased two machines from her, they were exactly what I needed and they were shipped on time. We even scheduled the delivery around a planned vacation I had. April is fantastic. She will always be my first call when I need machines.

I was able to sell all my machines in one shot 09/13/2010
I recently got in contact with usedvending.com on a different matter and was put through to April. They were not able to help me on that matter, however April took her time and got to know me and my business, by asking questions. I mentioned that I had just got out of the cigarette machine business, because of the law changes in VA. The next day she had called me back and mentioned she had a buyer interested in buying all my cigarette machines. After about 3 weeks of really trying hard and going through all kinds of hoops, she managed to get the deal to go through. I was able to sell all my machines in one shot, with very little effort on my part. I will definately remember April for all my vending needs, both selling and buying because she is so easy to deal with. It was a real pleasure getting to know her.
