This is a custom kitchen installed in a PACE American "Midway Classic" trailer that is designed for concession use. The trailer construction specifications included an additional 1 foot of trailer height. The top of the hood exhaust is 11 feet high. This is an ideal professional food kitchen for special events, catering, rodeos, carnivals etc. It can operate as a self contained independent unit or be connected to shore power. Custom NSF equipment. Used to sell hamburgers, hotdogs, nachos, chili dogs, canned drinks, mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets, ice cream bars, shave ice. Has  LOT of features, equipment, etc. see details for list of equipment.

The custom NSF food equipment is installed in a Pace Midway trailer that is designed for mobile concession use. The Pace trailer was constructed in 2001 and most of the equipment was installed in 2003 and 2004. Used in 2005, 2006, and 2009.

The work area is designed to maximize the efficiency and space utilization of the trailer. Both inside and outside, the trailer is neat, clean, and well maintained.

Passed (Idaho) Southwest District Health regulations with no problems.
